Hi! My name is Russ Jones.

I am an Infor M3 CloudSuite expert.

I’m the founder at Iceberg Consulting, and I’m passionate about how to think about design, process, scale, strategy and talent. I’m also passionate about helping organizations who use the Infor M3 CloudSuite identify & create lasting, sustainable success. As a matter of fact, I’ve even received an award for it–more on that below.

I’m here because I want to connect more closely with the M3 user community to deliver trusted expertise, guidance & support that helps your team make the most of your technology investments. Software and technology have the potential to be incredibly powerful tools, but in the end, they’re only tools.

Trusted expertise matters now more than ever, and I’m here to help. Any packaged software is only as good as the people implementing it–which is precisely why trusted expertise is such a critical ingredient for success. I’m more than capable of providing extensive application expertise and support on many topics, but I’ve found that I’m most often at my best and brightest when I’m helping organizations create, refine & execute a strategic vision helps your team make smarter bets, minimize risks, and maximize your organization’s sustainable profit potential.

I’ve spent the majority of my career learning and applying strategic management consulting frameworks to problem solving, and for more than last decade, I’ve focused specifically on the Infor M3 technology stack. My Vision

I enjoy helping organizations identify & capture return on investment [ROI] opportunities that help you make the most of your technology investments. I understand that technology investments are typically done because they’re necessary [like M&A, for example] or, more commonly, as a significant investment to strategically differentiate, which ultimately drives top line [sales] and/or bottom line [expenses] value capture.

My goal is to become a trusted advisor to the Infor M3 user community by consistently delivering exceptional design, advisory & support services that you can trust. I excel at providing strategic & tactical business process expertise, software design, and design thinking services.

What to Expect

Take it from a guy who’s been more than occasionally guilty of overthinking things–don’t overthink it–especially if you don’t know where to start, but you need some help making sense of that. I can most likely help and I’m happy to invest a little time helping you do that.
